Shipping

Domestic Australian orders are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider delays.
International orders generally arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination country, customs processing and local postal services.
If you would prefer to collect your order locally from the studio, please get in touch before purchasing so collection can be arranged and shipping charges adjusted where applicable.
Every piece is carefully packed by hand from my studio in Western Australia. While I always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur during busy shop updates, exhibitions, markets or high order volumes. I’m a small independent studio and appreciate your patience and support.
Once an order has been shipped internationally, it falls under the handling of the destination country’s postal and customs systems. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to assist in resolving the issue.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, I have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. I recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs charges or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, any return shipping costs, customs fees or handling charges incurred may be deducted from any refund issued.
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address being provided, I cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement, although I will always try to assist where possible.
If you choose to have your order shipped to a third party for onward forwarding or redirection, responsibility for the parcel transfers once it has been delivered to the nominated address. I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage occurring during any secondary forwarding process not arranged by me.
Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of the work, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label so the issue can be assessed and resolved.
As all pieces are handmade, slight variations in size, glaze, texture and finish are part of the character of the work and are not considered faults.
If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can assist in locating the shipment. Delays reported long after dispatch can be difficult to investigate with shipping providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Ceramic care

My work is handmade stoneware and may feature natural variations, iron flecking, crackling or glaze movement as part of the finished aesthetic. I also feature large areas of unglazed clay surface in my work for aesthetic reasons, and does not effect the functionality of the finished object.
Unglazed ceramic surfaces may gradually develop staining or patina over time through use. This is a natural characteristic of the ageing process of the piece.
While these pieces are intended to be decorative, they are still functional and made for everyday enjoyment. Handmade ceramics are generally more delicate than mass-produced factory ware and should be treated with care.
Hand washing is recommended where possible, particularly for finely thrown or crackle-glazed work. Dishwashers and microwaves may increase the likelihood of staining, crazing or thermal stress over time.
To help preserve your ceramics:
Avoid leaving strongly coloured liquids or foods in pieces for extended periods
Wash soon after use where possible
Avoid sudden temperature changes
Handle with care around hard surfaces
Where multiple similar pieces are available under a single listing, subtle differences between items should be expected due to the handmade nature of the work.
Shop Updates

The online shop is restocked periodically in small batches throughout the year. Announcements for upcoming releases are usually shared via Instagram and the studio newsletter.
As a small studio, available work may vary depending on exhibitions, commissions and firing schedules. I generally do not offer advance holds or private sales outside of scheduled shop updates unless otherwise stated.
